@GadgetVirtuoso Given that I don't work in an office, it's a lot easier to skip lunch. Except if I'm going out with a customer, then I tend to have lunch.

@GadgetVirtuoso the nice thing about making gradual changes is you have more things to try when things stall out. And eventually cutting lunch becomes easier.

@GadgetVirtuoso I started with eating twice a day, then once a day, then sometimes every other day (especially on long travel days). Longest I've gone so far was about 2.5 days.

@GadgetVirtuoso I've set Vora (a fasting app) to a 20:4 schedule. The reality is that it will vary depending on obligations and shiny metal tube travel. They say it's good to change things up a little, so it's not a bad thing.
