I get notices all the time that items on my Steam wishlist are on sale - I’ve never once gotten a similar email from Amazon. Yet I get (and I assume Amazon pays for) ads for items I’ve already bought that follow me around.

Metro Detroit is wonderfully diverse when it comes to lifestyles - tons of younger people are moving downtown, there are what I’d call “Gen X” suburbs like Royal Oak and Ferndale that have avid night life and bar scenes, or you can buy a house on one of the many lakes in the area - literally a vacation like feel.

All have reasonably priced housing to buy.
