At what size business do you start having to follow HR protocols and get sued or not having at least 50% of women employees? Small business not really. Medium? Large? I know that publicly-held companies are.

Sad thing is, I love women, I adore women, I think women are the superior product, but I am also a very affectionate dude from Hawaii who is used to hugging and kissing my friends #creep

@frankiesaxx dudes like that should be exterminated in a cull or should not be employed and should be living off of government disability for their rest of their lives. Certainly not encouraged to breed. And men like that should never not be fired just because they have wives and kids. @tomey culturally I am in the 1%, just not financially. I belong to tons of secret societies and attend have been part of the Renaissance Weekend retreats since 2001, so I am only not in the 1% financially, monetarily, in wealth, in power, in assets, in income, or in real estate. Whoops! #fish

@Johnny_of_the_swamp @mrmcmayhem @wolfspider @ryanbytes HR would spend hours on me because I didn't communicate in enough of a loving way as opposed to making orders, barking commands, and not wasting anybody's time.

I grew up in Hawaii so speaking in such a way that always saves face to your adversary or colleague is second nature, so I just reverted to that Hawaii behavior and I don't get any problems now.
