i mean, they define an "assault" straw based on the aesthetics of it and stuff that's just plain misunderstandings like...

"accordion-style" straw... aka just a bendy straw, articulated straw.

"extendable" straws. god. -why- they say, would you need a straw that is compact?

and that doesn't get into the colors of the straws or their inner diameters. god.

i don't know if i sensed fear in the words or if it was just the same boneheaded mindset that his neoliberal counterparts have, just for different castes of the empire.

@DaDenMan pragmatically, i might want my soldiers to use their young boy energy on training and fighting. no, i don't think women should be fighting but they ought be trained for it... never know when total war might be unleashed upon the world... again.

although, putting the women and men together during training might be great for starting the next generation of canon fodder...

@Economic_Hitman yeah i think there's more papers on how improperly implemented tls/ssl is rather than papers on "hey, here is, step by step, how you can do it without the same technical burden of reading the zzzzzz rfcs. also, then, figuring out how to use the libraries and tools that supposedly implement said rfcs"

@Economic_Hitman great time to exercise over implementing tls/ssl protocol properly, though. most applications skip half of the steps just to get it to work in the first place.

@Economic_Hitman make sure in that rewrite to go through and do the certs again.

@Economic_Hitman i wanted to suggest this morning to rewrite it entirely but i suppose that's best left to you to decide. it's not always the best first option.

however, if you know, in general, how to build it and it isn't gargantuan, rewrites aren't too time expensive.
