A dentist could tell me just about anything and I'd have no choice but to believe them. Picking a dentist is basically a lottery, because you don't have any way of telling if they're a good one.

I guess this is how end users must feel about IT people...

Isn't it an exaggeration to say that Twitter is dying? I mean, I know it's mentally convenient to conclude that something you are abandoning is dead to you, but is it actually dying? Why is now its moment of death and not 6 months ago when you were still using it?

It's weird but also strangely liberating to not have an enormous toot history. This looks to be a fairly well-federated medium-size instance that I've seen in my feed many times, so that's promising.

I joined Mastodon about a year ago, and immediately set up the snabeltann.no as a home for myself. It hasn't been growing and I'm considering to shut it down.

I'm an entrepreneurial developer from Norway, born in 1983. I'm an obsessive Mastodon user and have tooted 11,897 times including this toot. You could say I'm quite gassy.
