@lnxw48a1
How, though? I'd like to look more into this later. :)

Walt isn't always flirty, but when he is ...

Woah, #Orgzly, the #orgmode app I use on my phone, has *hella* more features than I had any idea about. Amazing!
-
This HN thread mentions a bunch of #opensource smart assistant projects: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=19152561
I wish that someone would write a good comparison of them all, or possibly a newsletter for this space. #FOSS

@kai
What's the feature? :o

My public library's website got redesigned, and it's now more discoverable — so much so that I've discovered a bunch of services that the library offers and previously hadn't heard of nor thought to ask about. :D

@liberforce
Very cool! You won by exhausting all the cards in your opponent's deck, right? It wasn't clear to me at the end, there.

@SolusSpider
Hey! I'm pretty much 100% now, feeling normal. :) Thanks for asking!

A dude just told me that I look like a young Edward Snowden. \o/

LMAO my new website design is live, but I forgot to include a link to the homepage and a link to the page that lists all available pages on my site. I'll add the soon.
-
Hey everyone, I might change my website's layout to this template. Do you like it? https://tactical-typos.neocities.org/WikiBootstrap.html
It would replace the layout that's currently live at https://tactical-typos.neocities.org/

Before the magazines I went to the computer lab and did some #Python exercises in the interactive form of *How To Think Like a Computer Scientist* ... but then the power went out in the building ...

Perks of working at a library (access to magazines) and never outgrowing childhood interests (reading)

@jarlavgrenland @kai org-mode with the Orgzly Android app. It's great
-
@kai Oh OK, I can indeed access that, so I think that #GlitchSoc is here.

@davehunt It Just Works ... after expending hella effort
-
@kai I'm not sure. Does it look different?
/cc @feld

@davehunt It's kinda fun! And yes, I think that getting to that point (using speech only) would be very cool --- I've been looking into #Mycroft AI, a Linux speech assistant that's #opensource, and that'd further let me go speech-first.
Indeed regarding the function keys. I tried to clear my browser cache earlier and suddenly found myself looking at the command line version of my OS. Upon following instructions that I read off my phone to get back to the GUI mode --- again using the Apple keyboard function keys --- I got thoroughly confused and hard reset my laptop. *nervous laugh* This makes sense now.

I've now figured out how to mostly use the #Mastodon UI (& the Mastodon frontend in #Pleroma) via the keyboard. It feels nice.
