@cognish I uploaded the same file and it was instant, re-encrypted with a different recipient's key and it was instant as well.
Maybe there was just a hiccup on the backend.

@cognish the upload actually completed very quickly, it just hung for an entire minute afterward before i got a link to the file.
I'll try again and see if I can replicate.
