@ink_slinger i think i could deal with it if it wasn't my office as well, i'd just head outside, crack a window, move around.

but im stuck on my butt for like 12 hours a day in this room, and the heat is way too distracting.

@ink_slinger i've found it really bad this year in my apartment. if left non-AC in the summer daytime, it easily gets up to 26-27 -- and I find it comfortable around 20-21. Really had to put a lot of effort into sealing up the windows and doors to keep shit decent.
