I know this is a thing, but can't find any projects like it:

Browser application to query any JSON API, then optionally do a little map/reduce, and render a chart. The little reports were saveable at a URL so you could re-run them whenever you want with fresh data.

I believe it was fully client-side, and open source.

Any ideas?

@ThatGeoGuy I suffer that same fault. I used to write a lot more than I do now, now it feels more forced

@sconlan yea ive noticed it as well. The weird part is that it seems to change every once in a while. I.e. some users have avatar one day then none the next. And vice versa.

There is some local caching that happens, but there arent any failures being logged that ive found.

@gemlog I want to make my own "imitation crab" meat with local pollock, and nice ingredients.

after doing some research, I think I found a way to make the shapes and logs with starches+eggwhites+oil, and have some ideas around seasoning, but need some actual crab juice to kick it up.

I could boil my own crabs, but that seems like it would be a pretty expensive endevour, especially if it'll get cooked beyond being tasty.

@gemlog i poked around search results a while, lots of "not for human consumption", fish baits, industrial applications. not a lot of confidence boosting products :P

Where can I buy crab extract?
