The funniest part of this for me, though, is I don't think a single one of the sketches I sent her has more than like four, maybe six, individually sketched fingers, and she didn't realize that the ones with fingers at all still only have like half of them lmfao

"draw the fingers in your sketches" next you'll be wanting me to draw CLOTHING FOLDS, and THEN where will we all be??!?!

Me: "here are some examples of what I mean by rough sketches"

My sister: "these are perfect!! as long as you actually draw the fingers like you did in some of these"

Me, thinking: well now hold on that's asking for a lot

@Anke yeah but that's not what I mean, I mean you do it in small steps, not all at once. Measure it by whether it's better than the day before, not by whether it's at your final goal.

@Anke I don't know if it helps, but the idea of doing all your cleaning to get everything the way you want it all at once never works. If you can, try to focus on just doing one visibly effective tidying task a day and call it good.
