@thatbrickster But yeah, there are infinite ways a Windows installation can get cluttered over time, including an archive of Windows Installer files.
-
@thatbrickster In my statement I did not take that into account…
-
@thatbrickster Windows 10 manages to get slower over time making any progress fall behind, so I guess you're right %).
-
> The head of Microsoft says faster machines are needed to solve difficult computing problems.
@thatbrickster Err, he meant "needed to solve Windows 10 being slow"?
-
@jrmy I think the main reason why he left was that he couldn't support his personal instance where all his notices were. In retrospect I think he should've used @pztrn
Maybe he will one day…
-
@jrmy It definitely is in a darker environment around.
-
@nextcloud Indeed it is, thanks :-).
-
@jrmy Um, I wasn't going away %).
Maybe you're confusing me with pztrn…
I was given root on loadaverage.org half a year ago after the migration to the @maiyannah's server and a ~40 day downtime caused by issues with PHP.
I'm de-facto in charge of the website since then :-).
I don't own it though, but I'm the own responsible for when it works and when doesn't most of the time.
-
@jrmy I'm in this phase for years now ;-).
-
@jrmy In the last few days I've been actively trying to solve some performance issues of the loadaverage.org's DB resulting in some downtimes.
Sorry about that, I hope it's worth it :-).
-
@thor If I ever did, I haven't paid attention :-).
-
@thor I'm not sure what all this means, so definitely not every human…
-
@lnxw48a1 There were some minor downtimes today also as I was trying to make MariaDB perform better. I think it does now, but time will show :-).
-
@augustus I am linked to many things Russian. Count me in :-).
-
@mrmattimation А где ты живёшь?
-
@verius Um, if you don't need external commands, there are Python and Perl and have been for far longer than PowerShell.
