Yet, once you’re on their internal network you have access to everything the company ever created and values, and are even able to edit content anonymously..

Get me out of this game..

Corporate VPNs are such a drain and nightmare.

Security practices from 15 years ago, no clear happy paths, documentation only applies to Windows (7), server and client software is hopelessly outdated (2010), proprietary protocol injection on a blob client resulting in segfaults every couple of hours..

Only a few of the simply mind boggling issues I have to deal with on a continuous basis.

"Just follow the trail of hunched, white men"

    Oh Amsterdam, I ❤️ you.

Also: That's an exceptional way of giving directions, specifically for Amsterdam, because I've had yet to see a trail of hunched, white men while I was here.

Co-ops, democratically run and emphasizing long-term sustainability over short-term profits, are a key part of the #SolidarityEconomy.

Earlier this month, Wired UK published a brief but interesting profile of "CoTech, a growing network of tech co-operatives in the UK. There are currently 30 tech businesses united under the CoTech banner, which range from filmmakers to programmers; they collectively employ more than 250 staff and have revenues of over £10.2 million."

.@Framasoft's crowdfunding for #PeerTube has just passed 100%, so it will definitely get funding 🎉 👏 🍾

There's still 12 days to go, so the appeal is going for a stretch goal to add even more features 😎

    Well done everyone! 👍

@Are0h I love the show to bits. It sticks to the books wherever it can and pays tribute to the material. On top of that it also tries to develop a soul of its own, with a lot of finesse and, you said it, and an extraordinary cast

@ArtistMarciaX I don’t think the native Mastodon frontend supports multiple accounts. I use Firefox Containers for it, isolating the instances: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/

You could also try using Pinafore, which I believe supports adding multiple accounts: https://pinafore.social/
