Onboarding week is such a strange place to be. Really happy about my new job, but at this point all I'm really doing is attending meetings, reading guides, and writing some introductory stuff.
I'm sitting here wondering "when will I actually start working?" 😛

@noyoushutthefuckupdad Might have the opposite of its intended effect, and actually increase viewership.
I know I'd start watching.

@maiki Good rule of thumb for Ubuntu version numbers:
Release number = Year(last two digits).Month

@maiki That's easy! It corresponds to the month of release. Typically a release is done once in April (04) and once in October (10).

@x1101 Yeah, I kind of figured. This is sort of a Ship of Theseus kind of question - if you remove enough core elements of a thing and replace them with something different, is it still essentially the same thing that it was before? Where does one draw the line?

Running TempleOS in a VM is akin to owning an exotic fish to show off. The only real difference is that fish don't run in Ring0.

Would compiling a Linux kernel with Clang and developing a whole distribution around it give me the right to just call it Linux, and not GNU/Linux?
