Hypothetically if I hosted an NA Meetup in the Tri-Cities, WA area (intending to also attract those from Walla Walla, Prosser, Othello, Moses Lake, Yakima, etc.) would anyone be interested? I know there are at least a couple of other producers in the area.
Are we at Dvorak levels of bond crash yet?
Fucking EU. This drink made from grapes is not allowed to be called wine because it's not red or white. What about fucking Rosé?

@coldacid nah. Go for a bandolier of plastic straws.
Fun fact. Paper straws cannot survive two leisurely bar drinks. Fucking Portland.
I was in Portland over the weekend. Found my first street poop that looked human.
I caught an interesting term used in this article. “Feral humans”. https://komonews.com/news/project-seattle/new-cruise-ship-terminal-near-pioneer-square
@neanderthalsnavel Perhaps I can try again in the future, all this experience has done is caused undue amounts of stress on me. I just have to give up on ever having enough money to be anything beyond somewhat comfortable.
@mhjohnson @SirSeanofSlovakia mainly it’s just a few grand in money I use for trying to learn about investing. I have never really been able to pin down any strategies that don’t go pear shaped at the wrong time. The whole concept of finding trends just is too overwhelming for me. I can make more money by working with far less stress, and I use passive investing in my 401k so I don’t have to deal with it because if I did I would have lost it all by now.
@SirSeanofSlovakia honestly that may be a viable strategy. :p
I have lost nearly all of the gains in my nonretirement portfolio over the last year. I’m back where I was a year ago. Yeah I definitely suck at investing. I just don’t have the brain for it.
@jco42 I got a Green Mountain Daniel Boone. A local place had them on a fantastic sale last summer. Plus WiFi control, cheaper than a Traeger.
@Shawgo Wings are one of my favorite things to cook on it. The other is tri-tip.
If you've ever thought about getting a wood pellet grill/smoker, DO IT. Best $600 I ever spent. It's forgiving, adds nice smoke flavor, and encourages you to slow down and appreciate the experience of making amazing yet simple food. And it's a great conversation piece for a party, in addition to the food. Gas and charcoal still have their place, but this thing has changed my world.
"The only thing worse than that is to have the media bore this shit into your head incessantly that you can possibly die. Your parents are saying it, the media is saying it. Yeah, these children are gonna be messed up!" — @adam #noagenda 1030
Easter dinner: Prime rib smoked 3 hours. With asparagus and mashed potatoes.
