Here's another group about plants: !guerrillagardening is for sharing your spots or other peoples spots, and everything related.
In !cycling you can share everything bike related.
And guess what !antifa is all about. :-)
!Anarchismus is a German group for anachism, but there are a few anarchism groups around in all kinds of languages.

In !watching you can tell us what you're watching, a film, the news, a sunset, your guinea pig.
!listening is about what's in your ear.
And in case it is Hacker Public Radio you can use the !hpr group for that, also for discussions about !hpr episodes or related stuff.

The !fediverse group is for all things related to the whole Fediverse, !gnusocial is about the gnusocial part of the fediverse and in !fedgroups it's all about groups. If you create a new group or if a group moves to another instance or you want people to know about a group you post to !fedgroups.
Some Instances have a group for their instance, too.

The !tzag (= time zone appropriate greetings) is for saying hello any time anywhere in the world, it's for being friendly in the !fediverse.
The !tzig (time zone inapropriate greetings) is for those who like to oversleep or are out of sync otherwise at any time anywhere in the world :-)

I decided to promote some groups for the newbies, now that the spring might or might not be coming ;-) !fedgroups
If you don't know what groups are all about or how they work, just ask!
The !grow group is for exchange about growing whatever, gardens, balconies, a pot of salad on your window sill.. so if you grow anything or like to hear and see about it, consider joining.
Since most of us have had enough with snow the !rain appreciation society might be worth considering. It's for people who like rain or who like to rain dance or like to get wet.
The !sewing group is for people who like to sew, also for embroidery and related stuff. So if you want to share ideas or projects or just get inspired, this is for you.
If you want to get people to know about your favorite groups, join in with the introductions in this thread. :-)
