I have too many SBCs and there are a couple i would like to get that I don't have. What does one do with excess unused computer boards? EBay seems like too much work.
I'd rather sell them real cheap to cool fediversians if anyone is interested.

If like everybody or every family ran their own nextcloud server the internet would be a much cooler place.

Oh man. They may be desperate for a friend but need to learn a better way to cultivate that. I've seen this before and the only way to handle it is usually to just cut all contact.
This is bullshit, fuck google. Google should remove themselves from the internet because you can get pirated content by searching google.

Looking back I think Google Reader shutting down was the thing that tipped me towards thinking about taking control of the technology I use and rely on. I didn't self-host anything at that point. I have my own rss server now and a nextcloud server. Also, over the past year I have completely ditched hangouts, telegram and twitter for wire and mastodon.
PocketCHIP tinkerfest update. Running console only with tmux launching on each login as my "window manager". Tweaked the tmux style a little. https://linuxrocks.online/media/MAniGN_-x8v2yBBdBVQ
Fuck Facebook
Anyone into Dev boards, what do you think of the https://beagleboard.org/pocket ?
One of the best things about mastodon is that there are no stupid algorithms telling you who to follow or sponsored posts dirtying up your timeline.
Want to find cool people to follow? Find 1 fool person and ask for recommendations or look at who they follow.
