on the smaller streets of Paris I can go faster on my bike than the cars go. But that doesn't stop them from trying to pass me and almost hit me in the process. It is really tempting to pass them at every stop light and wave, but they are bad enough at driving without being angry at me.

I work with a person who is a dual citizen, german and american. They are also jewish. It doesn't take much of a grasp of history to figure out some family history there.

I have another friend who was at the studio and started talking about how they were going to visit a friend of theirs who was old Austrian royalty whose family has a chateau in the south of France. It also doesn't take much knowledge of history to figure out that one.

That was an interesting day.
