nearing a 4 hour delay. the plane was delayed getting to the gate, then had mechanical issues so we're waiting on a new plane. putting it into perspective this isn't as bad as hell flight back in April, but it is further cementing my opinion that the only places worth flying to are the ones that are a direct flight.

made my connecting flight because the connecting flight is 2 hours delayed. I hate non-direct flights.

called ikea customer service yesterday because they didn't ship the saucers that go with the plant pots I bought, but I completely forgot that I had ordered a dish rack, too, but it wasn't delivered. trying to call again but they have so many callers that I can't even be put on hold.

pretty pleased with this light fixture from IKEA. could have been easier to install, though.
