@xmanmonk Yup. This guy's a pro. Family friend. Mechanic for 40 years. I have no idea what he was thinking. But I re-torqued them to the proper number. Man, after the suspension work (that I didn't do), the new tires, and this brake job, she's running pretty smooth for an 11 year old car. She's been good to me.

The one thing I didn't think I was going to have to fight with, today, when I did my brake job was the lugnuts.... but alas. My tire guy torqued the FUCK out of them when he put the new tires on. Criminy.

@zacanger When I want on vacation last month I ate and drank a lot. Mostly good stuff, but a lot, so calories are still calories.

I had to do some brake work, today, and since I've been using anti-seize on the rotors when I put them on, they pop off really easy even after being on for years. Do yourself the favor.

Hot one tonight at the barn. I feel like I sweated for days.
