@guizzy Nice. I love being able to use one controller between my laptops and the Snes. Have you looked at the NES one at all? Confused by talk of classics and minis, but may try the classic one.
I wonder if you could tweak the rules a bit, eg towns can put a token on a neighbouring hex, and the hex produces once a certain number of tokens are on it... Opportunity for collaboration mechanics there?
I don't even understand what's happening in UK politics right now, but, 'Dominic Grieve' is quite a good Bond character name, while 'Donald Tusk' is ... not sure if more George Lucas or Pixar.
I'm surprised more news/journalisms services don't seem to have 'independent archives' in order to avoid future Memory Hole issues, with companies retaining the ability to remove or change their own (or others') histories.
@Annah Yeah, agreed. Seems to be a shift to investment in pure ideas than in all the hard work of making ideas into reality. Personality is a part of that idea cult too, I think. It's fine if it's a clear distinction from the start, but often not.
@Sylke Vicious :fedilab: Maybe I should reinstall it. It's a hard sell to friends still, sadly. Same with Scuttlebutt, etc. Signal has some traction in my network though. Not a lot, but some.
Interesting, thanks. I've been trying IG, but not a big fan. It seems to encourage lurking and fast content consumption, which doesn't particularly engage me TBH. Pixelfed I like the idea of. Hoping to play more with it some day.
