Dear all, this instance will be shutdown tomorrow. Thank you all for being here. Over and out.
@sina hmm, maybe that's the culprit? Electron wrapper on desktop, so basically browser.
@sina that sounds unusual. If I use the web interface it takes around 20 seconds to load the first time, but the apps are still snappy. I'm a heavy user too. Have you contacted them?
@Cat that file is needlessly long, isn't it?
@snowdusk_ @nydel I've got some Japanese in my Shakuhachi explorations section. Requires UTF8 to view
htop 2.1.0 is officially released! and you heard it first here on Mastodon!
@Ricardus It's not too late
Awoooo!
@cosullivan It's an old link, but still one of the most thorough and thoughtful. When people give me grief about my diet I send them here:

Nobody wants to argue about the Krebs cycle. That usually gets them off my back.
And yes, Keto as therapy for cancer treatment is promising. Dr. Dom D'Agostino and a few others are doing great work in that field.
@cosullivan yep, eczema. It clears up right away when I eat this way. I drop a bunch of inflammation too.
My elbows have become human again after 1 month in ketosis.
Don't click if you are offended by elbows.
@jebug29 @zuz i think everyone is being patient and waiting for smj to get around to it. Good news is that this is getting some of the folks of their butts to write new aggregators. Soon we'll have more tools and better control of this stuff.
Made the kiddo a little dragon at breakfast
@kensanata my plan was to spider only the type 1 files in the directory tree starting from the config entry and hash each one and store that in a sqlite db. If the path/hash changed, add to a gophermap under the heading of the root page (only 1 level of depth). New pages likewise. Possibly annotate new vs update.
Then you can choose to run the spider manually when you've caught up on the set you have and it will collect a new diff.
@technomancy that sounds wonderful! And apropos since I'm reading Hyperion right now.
Common Desktop Environment - https://sourceforge.net/projects/cdesktopenv/
@kensanata this weekend has been taken over by Arduino stuff. It's so fun! I'll get back to Gopher soon though. I really hope the phlog lists get fixed soon.
