@why How handy are you with tools, and regarding home improvement? Are you willing to learn that stuff?
My friend started out 13 years as an IT geek buying a 5 dwelling building (him + 4 tenants), now he's got so much experience he could easily just switch career into construction.
His tenants love him, anytime they have an issue he drops everything else to go help them, and he doesn't overcharge. -

@shpuld @solidsanek Yeah, same. Something like Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice, for instance, looks amazing and I'm happy to watch videos breaking down how and why it looks so great, but the gameplay doesn't appeal to me, so I probably will never actually play it. -

@Moon @graf In reality, not much would change, what Trudeau wants to do is inconsequential for anyone but club affiliated target shooters. It was already very illegal for civilians without an approved professional reason for it to own a handgun for any other purpose but target shooting, and even then they can never ever transport it anywhere without written authorization from the government. -
