So, Miyoo Mini so far: even with an improved community distro, emulators are a bit hit and miss on the arcade side; can't get SF3: 3rd Strike working. Quite solid on the console side though, even tough PS1 games to run do fine, though no analogs make it better for some types of games than others. Screen is gorgeous. For the price (60$US) and size (same size as a pack of card), it's hard to expect more! -

@cereal I was wondering what the blue squares were inside the bar until I realized it was the blue square with stars in the US flag being stretched. This detail alone makes this one of the ugliest charts I've ever seen. -

Expectations should be modulated by means available. Small communities with volunteer moderators should not held to the same standard as a large platform with a 24/7 staff of paid moderators. -

@shmibs @lain And the risk of them doing that is that they might stop inviting everyone on their land to have parties. Which they already do, as they already have clearly discriminatory moderation. -

@shmibs @lain We're not talking current law but preferable laws; spurious civil suits don't need a blanket immunity to be dismissed, they could be dismissed on other grounds, such as not enough notice being given considering the resources of the defendant, no demonstrated harm, etc. -

@lain I'm just not sure we have things in place such as to avoid re-centralization, as it might start becoming popular for instances to have moderation agreements with each other to avoid having to block one another, and then create an overarching structure to arbitrate these moderation agreements, and eventually recreate the problem.
