People let small dogs get away with being pests because the result is usually (though not always, hence why they should still be trained) harmless little bites and a bit of yapping, a bigger dog that's not well trained results in lawsuits and serious injuries. -

They do, in big cities. Office supply stores will usually have a couple of nice ones too.
I have used a lot of Pilot Precise V5s, but no V7 that I can remember. From Pilot, I do like the V-Pen for aesthetic purposes, but the lack of a blue-black version limits my interest (and the admission that a disposable fountain pen is purely an aesthetic choice) -

Unfortunately Bizarre Creations didn't get Richard Jacques (who was still attached to Sega until the release of Headhunter) for the soundtrack to MSR's spiritual sequel, Project Gotham Racing, making the PGR games infinitely less memorable to me. -

@coolboymew @Weeble @solidsanek MSR on the Dreamcast, yeah. The music in the game is arranged like "radio stations" like in a GTA game, with announcers in between, separated by genre, so he got to stretch into multiple genres, but always with his specific stylistic touches. Essentially, the whole soundtrack does for the late 90s-early 20s what listening to city pop does to westerners: I definitely don't know this song, but it still feels intimately familiar.
