@lnxw48a1 update for Tree Tabs just dropped. I'm not sure which one you are using these days or if you are using one at all, but I know you've commented on this issue in the past. It's not perfect, but it is an improvement -

I think this guy doesn't know that "domain" is a word used outside of AD. I finally got him to confirm AD though. -

"Summer has even hit Minneapolis after what I would say was one of the worst winters of all time." -- nah. it's almost certainly the most bi-polar "spring" ever, though. 2 feet of snow April 20. 101 May 28. -

"Everybody ***** on using SVN, and i'm not totally sure why, but it doesn't seem like a good idea." -- not sure if that's the board censoring or self-censoring, but I thought it was funny. From https://nu.federati.net/url/140134 !vcs -

" Version control software is also required for remote collaboration" holy fuck. no, it isn't. It's super handy though. In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink -

"You can make a game without version control.
But then you can also watch your game vanish into the dark when the power goes out, or if a hard drive fails."
Um, if you are versioning to the same disk this is still an issue. Norman knows that.In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink -

This is all over the place, at least at the beginning, but there's some good stuff. I'm not sure how much of it is !ccmusic, but some of it would appear to be: https://leescott.bandcamp.com/album/lees-got-beats-volume-uno In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink Attachments

thanks! The year and a half at !nagios just killed me as far as time. I keep realizing how big of a hole a dug myself. Once you get to where you can't see the sun, it's hard to tell. It's been 3.5 months now and while the whole isn't getting any deeper, it doesn't feel like I'm getting any closer to the surface. In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink -

There's no way to answer this concisely, but being a admin assistant is just not a good use of my time. I need to be spending my time learning to program and learning Spanish and there just wasn't time for that. In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink -

I just realized it was a track selected from this album (I can't remember which one off the top of my head). It was Devour the Sun and Pamplisects that were both listed. I still think it's a lot of metal though for Album of the Year. I think if those were balanced with some pop, or mainstream rock it would not feel so off, but the other three albums were pretty clearly in the noise/ambient realm. The tracks suggested ran along those lines too. In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink -

I need some feedback on https://abstractvoid.bandcamp.com/releases from non-metal fans. Possibly casual metal fans. !retrowave fans would be super welcome. !ccmusic
I personally really like it, but I'm not sure it's really Album of the Year material. In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink Attachments

yeah, Forja is the one. I'll listen to Astillian again, but I remember if being too heavy to fit in a pure folk category. I just don't think Aaron is going to go for it. And FWIW, they don't even call it folk metal. In conversation from nu.federati.net permalink
