    someone mentioned https://subutai.io/ the other day; I've looked (too) briefly into it, and it claims to be open source (I haven't verified it, let alone check whether it would also fit "libre") and, if so, it may fit what you're looking for. in case you do look into it, please report back ;-)

    o fato de usar algum swap ou de estar usando quase toda a memória não é indício de problema. não importa quanta memória RAM você tenha, o núcleo vai usando essa memória como cache até que não haja mais memória livre. quanto mais chega perto de esgotar, mais ele caça coisas que possa descartar, por exemplo porque já estão em disco. no caso de uma porção de memória que não é usada faz tempo mas que não é parte de um arquvo que poderia ser escrito em disco, faz mais sentido jogar pra swap pra liberar essa memória pra usos mais eficientes que ficar segurando os dados sem uso e com baixa probabilidade de uso.

    FWIW, Brazil had it at 13,25%/year as of a week ago. it is now 12,75%/year. we've had it at 18%/year in the recent past. we haven't had it lower than 10%/year very often in my lifetime. what does that tell you? how does that line up with the narrative you're trying to build?

    who's this docent oliva you speak of? it got me curious. my surname is not very common even in brazil. I've heard of olivas from portugal, spain, and even from poland, but czechia is a first. is this about a fictional character or a real person?

    we already have. the "tragedy of the commons" meme, as well as its scientific underpinning in game theory, behavior analysis and economics, as well as the known solutions for the abstract problem, bear no relationship whatsoever with those eugenicist origins; those are just noise that has been discarded over time. rejecting the perfect-fitting memetaphor ;-) because of its author reeks of cancel culture, and is no more than an ad hominem fallacy. rejecting it because of the noise it was first published with is just as fallacious. rejecting it because some of the resource overusers attempt to guilt us into using less so that they can use even more would be missing both the point of the memetaphor and the known solution: a credible commitment between the parties to avoid overuse. throwing away the understanding and the known solution for a recurring behavioral pattern that's a perfect fit for pollution and for overuse of natural resources just because the term can be traced back to someone we disapprove of is about as fallacious (logically unsound) as demanding roses to be renamed, or claiming they stink, because someone highly reproachable happened to like them. me, I prefer shakespeare: they would smell just as sweet. the game theory models and solutions would still be the same, we'd just be using a less recognizable name for them, and that would hamper rather than promote knowledge and action that we need so urgently

    I'm suggesting ways in which what is written there can be read in a perfectly reasonable way. your response made it clear you've done no such search, you jumped at one interpretation you disagreed with, and responded in a way, if I weren't familiar with your earlier stances, would have suggested that you were the one minimizing the harm brought about by covid-19. and that appears to be the way the interlocutor read it. and it went down the hill from there. thus my diagnosis of violent agreement, and that you're both talking past each other.
