se vc tá procurando crime de golpe de estado no código penal, não vai achar. isso não é tipificado porque não faz sentido: um golpe bem sucedido teria os golpistas no poder, com ruptura institucional, então seria letra morta.

make that pi/2, but yeah, the tangent function is related with this tangent line, that touches the unitary circle centered at (0,0) at a single point of the positive half of the x axis. but I think this tangent line is not the one that originated the tangent function. the tangent line at point A, in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Circle-trig6.svg, intersects the x axis at E (unless that tangent line is parallel to the x axis), and the length AE is probably the original definition of the tangent function.

mas se dependesse de mim, eu providenciaria uma prisão tão discreta que por alguns dias permaneceria a dúvida se ele havia mesmo sido preso. sem mídia, sem violência, sem humilhação, só o cumprimento da lei, como em minha opinião deveria ser.
não é que ele não merecesse o espetáculo e a humilhação, é pra mostrar como é que se faz justiça honesta, pra ver se vira um novo normal

@rimu @rysiek @jerry this is one of the cases in which outsourcing some critical service (moderation, in this case) makes people blissfully oblivious to difficulties that others face
solidarity calls for us all to share some of that work. this would require repositioning the messaging of the whole network, not as one in which this sort of protection is provided by third parties, or in which it is lacking, but rather as one in which the tools are available, and the defenses are built collectively and in solidarity.

but several things about CoCs get to me:
- they seem to attract authoritarians to enforcement positions
- they seem to be applied unevenly
- uneven application suggests the words don't really mean what's written, so there's another set of mysterious unwritten rules that brings us back to the problem that CoCs were purported as solving
- interpretations of words vary according to backgrounds, which further aggravate the problem
- this is particularly difficult to navigate for some neurodivergent minds
- to the point that such rules result in anxiety and exclusion of this neurodivergent population
- which is ironic considering that CoCs are purported as being for inclusion and diversity
