Fun Windows 10 behavior: If you launch an application, then hit super + tab to go to task view while it's still launching, and then once the window appears in the task view, immediately move it to a new desktop, but then exit task view while still on the original desktop
The icon shows up in the first desktop's taskbar, even though the application isn't there.
