our new roommate needs to move in Saturday, other is moving out Sunday. this will be stressful and messy. I will probably have to help

I'm typically the only person with the presence and sobriety to take care of these things but it's caused a huge amount of stress. I've had to bail this house out several times and I can't keep doing it

so im dealing with several things right now.

one of them is our huge water bill, which is due to a leaking toilet that ran for a month, which we have to pay back this month

another is we had a house mate move out after a month and are yet again scrambling to find a housemate so we don't have to eat another empty rooms rent. they haven't been very proactive about finding a replacement and nobody in the house is either

so this months rent is possible going to be very expensive
