@wrenpile one should adjust those pushup numbers by body type etc of course.

@wrenpile no, just something i do.

but typically, only does it about 6 times total in a day. but if i follow the 30 min regime, should be 12 or more... but basically after half a day, the number of pushup etc need to decrease.
