@mattskala i see, and i can see it must be the case.

do you think i'd run into problems if i start to replace div by say xyz or other?

am guessing , it'd be no problem?

what i want to do, is somewhat the idea that all the tag has unique names, or at least some of them. It makes them much easier to process (text processing). e.g. i might have tag a1279 b7748 etc.

does anyone know that if we can actually use custom element extensively?
(don't care for old browser. i just want to use custom tag with css for appearance, to avoid repeatition of div.)

a new thing, html custom element. now arbitrary tag <xyz>something</xyz> is officially sanctioned by standard. currently at non-normaltive (meaning, not in spec) status.

the way it works is: imagine a heavy square, 10 cm long but 1 cm thick, sitting at bottom of the ball. The corners are mouse wheels. In middle is a pole, at top of pole is a magnet. The pole can be pivoted.

star wars bb-8 robot toy. interesting mechanism. but the bot is rather idiotic. http://amzn.to/2DzjMLj

in real life, such bot can only be used indoors. Even so, it has lots problems. Gets dirty, head prone to fall off, can only work on smooth level surface, and agility is 0, nimbleness is 0.

you see, there's plates beneath, and they need to move. Then, there is friction, then, death.

@progo so the choice is kinda forced on you?

but why not react and others, that's even more popular?

@progo so why do you chose angular?

    because it is easier?

@progo i think the roots of the structure can never change. If changed, it's something new, and one lose users.

the article also mentioned that. And i've seen controversies about the backward-incompatible angular 2.

or, it's like, the fate of #python 3.

    after reading this
    https://www.quirksmode.org/blog/archives/2015/01/the_problem_wit.html
i'll never touch @angular . It's everything you hate about java and enterprise code. It's like Microsoft ASP, or the worst of PHP into your life.
