am not sure why on safari with ublockorigin showed nothing.

apparently, porn sites found a way, so that if you have ad blocker installed, no video shows, but some ads shows.

@SpookyR about 6 months or 1 year ago, they had a major one, now called left pad problem. Some dev deleted his lib or something, and all major websites are broken. was all over news. ('was a trivial lib, padding string i think, just a few lines) I forgot why, he got fedup or something.

npm had other big controversies...

one of the nasty thing twitter does is showing friend's likes. There's no way to turn it off. But has a “I don't like this tweet” option. That means, they gather data about you and can sell of.

if twitter is really concerned about helping people communicate, first thing they they can do is kill the like button. It would immediately make people learn about the world, think more, and exchange ideas.

by the way the npm head, Isaac Z Schlueter, is a scumbag
