There is almost no traffic on the road now, so of course they make an elaborate protected walkway for pedestrians.

It's only like 4 months before the municipal election, but all sidewalks everywhere are more or less destroyed and nobody seems to be going to repair it. Almost as if they did not give a shit about all this anymore.

well, it's a plan.

I think it's a similar price envisioned by the DB in their ICx/ICE4 contract, but that contract was changed multiple times, so now the first trains are finally put into service (more than 6 years after they were ordered, similar to the SNCF contract), I don't really know what are the final costs.

€25m per unit is a really nice price for the thing, but I kind of wonder if it ends up like that. after all, that train only exist on paper now, and not even as a finished design

as if the "small family farms" were a good thing. why should farming be a normal regulated job that you can quit and move or do something else. better make it a perpetual bond without a labor code based on family line, long live feudalism or something
