mein Kollege fährt jeden Tag aus Kassel nach Frankfurt und ist auch sehr unzufrieden.

Ich musste gestern kurz nach Köln: ICE nach Amsterdam könnte nichts warmes zum essen und trinken anbieten; auf die Rückfahrt ICE aus Brüssel mit 40+ Minuten Verspätung, zum Glück kam noch ein "köllner" ICE inzwischen leer ...

ich habe gefühl es ist schlimmer geworden im Vergleich zu meiner Pendelzeit Fra-Köln von ca. 8 Jahren...

I don't know for sure, just guessing.

@hirojin @dr1ft The pic shows C# code, which may mean that Common Language Runtime stuff can be executed the same way on x86 as well as on ARM.

HAL is for the OS to abstract the decvces; and CLR has something called PAL (Platform Abstraction Library) a quite crappy component that coaxes your .NET code into something that can run on non-Windows.
