Some people argue re: adblockers "I'm okay with reasonable, non-invasive ads, because the people running the site have to make money somehow." But websites aren't intrinsically valuable. If I visit a site and it fucking sucks, why should the people responsible make money from me? I don't whitelist anything. The advertising model itself is bad. People are incentivized not to do good work, but to trick as many people into looking at it as possible. The quality is irrelevant.

@katrani it's basically a checklist with symbols that help you keep better track of your todos (like, what's been done, what's been postponed, etc): bulletjournal.com

So the other day (last week?) I read When Dimple Met Rishi (a sweet and super fun romance #YA book), and decided to try the movies mentioned in it.
I just watched Krrish and it's definitely my kind of fun, silly movie. :D

@katrani bujoing as in bullet journaling! And smash books are s type of messy scrapbook :) basically you just glue/tape things (like pictures, tickets, receipts) and write without worrying about layouts or themes or color coding etc

@katrani :D
This year I used the yearly calendar for habit tracking, forgot the monthly calendar, used the weeklies for planning/bujoing, and the dailies for journaling proper (smashbook style!)
For next year, I think I'll tweak it a bit... I'm using the monthly calendars to keep track of birthdays and major events, the weeklies for planning tasks, and the dailies for journaling but also to track how I'm spending my time... if that makes sense?

I was going to bring my #bujo supplies but couldn't fit them in my bag...
There are a few things (like pictures and museum tickets!) I still want to put in this year's notebook, but I guess I'll have to wait until I'm home again.
Anyway, I just switched to next year's notebook! It looks so thin xD I use the #Hobonichi Cousin, so it gets pretty damn bulky rather quickly... I'm really happy with it, though, despite grossly underusing it this year.
