I just want Nikki Cross to be okay and find friends who respect her, and maybe incidentally win the belt
also I want to fight the commentary team

Somehow found myself watching Extreme Rules with @Canageek. First match gave me an idea for a fantasy novel: an optimistic young hero, who nobody thinks much of because they’re such cliched typical hero material, but turns out to be descended from a death god who occasionally shows up to help their decendant win fights

Looking for scientific accuracy? Here's a Twitter account that points out when a study has only been performed on mice.
My brain just coughed up something about "using the pronoun field for kintype declaration," and now at least I know I'm awake enough to roll out of bed and still be late for therapy
There is boys' mac and cheese, and there is girls' mac and cheese that costs ten cents more.
Look who came in the mail! She says her name is Merinth. @silverseams

Me, a digital native: how will you be calling me?
Work contact, who might just be an alien: on my phone? *smiley that makes it look like he thought I was joking*
Me: *closes skype, facetime, and hangouts*
There is at least one queer Seattle knitting circle, but it has moved to Burien and there’s no way I’m taking a bus an hour and a half both ways to spend two hours among strangers
Me: #Seattle queer #knitting circle

Me: thanks, that's the opposite of what I'm looking for
"Few citizens realize that our tradition of jokes about the foolishness of the middle child derives from a centuries-old humorous dialogue between Beszel's head rabbi and its chief imam about the intemperance of the Beszel Orthodox Church. It had, they agreed, neither the wisdom of the oldest Abrahamic faith, nor the vigor of its youngest."
The City and the City is both opaque and uncomfortably noir so far, but at least it acknowledges the Jews of Eastern Europe.
Happy Fat Tuesday to all my friends who are larger than society would like them to be
It occurs to me that I spent so much time and energy assembling my winter wardrobe that I have no idea what my summer aesthetic is.
Right now I'm thinking nerdy T-shirts and men's jeans cut off at a length I can actually wear them.
@Canageek
No, but the sword lesbian joke was worth making
or maybe I'll do it on my laptop and get the romhacks that let you play as a girl and put all 151 species in the one game
Which starter should I use? Charmander is my favorite, but I'm starting to think Bulbasaur needs more love
Make sure your measles vaccination is up to date. There's an outbreak on, and apparently this region is full of idiots.
There's a different between trusting someone because they're an authority and trusting them because they have experience.
Reputation is the intersection of the two. You make yourself known as someone who knows things and can help.
If I were effects are called pyrotechnics, does that make fog effects nebulotechnics? #NewYear
Update: I won Killer Bunnies but was unable to persuade @Canageek 's mother to let us watch the New York Philharmonic instead of Air Farce
Update to the update: apparently the Air Farce special was so bad that they're going back to the Dick Clark programming. I still want the classical music. #newYear
