Has someone, or can someone, develop a Chrome extension that blocks images from The Simpsons? It should be easy for a computer to detect Simpsons-style animation (juxtaposition of certain colors, faces of characters etc.). My social media is eternally awash in Simpsons memes and as I've never watched the show I'm kind of sick of it. This seems like something tech should be able to solve.

In other news, I'm trying to chase down, through archival records, a suspected German spy from the World War II era. Really! I am! Probably going to be making a YouTube video about it.

Spent all day doing taxes. You know that "e-filing" thing that's supposed to make it super easy? It doesn't. It never works. NEVER. Filing the old-fashioned way, again, as I have every year since I've been paying taxes.

Just followed by a pornbot. So they've found their way here too...

Last night I dreamed that Mitch McConnell and his wife were personally stalking my husband and I, because I yelled at him about climate change.

I may have saved my day job by taking (kind of) a demotion, although honestly I really don't mind that much...the new role is probably better for me anyway. We'll see how it develops.

I think they poop in the food before serving it. Whatever they do, they need to stop it, or charge a lot less for it.

Why does Olive Garden's food suck so much? I went there today for a lunch related to my work, and I swear they effed up a simple plate of rigatoni with meat sauce. It was awful and tasted musty. How hard is it to screw that up?

Chances are 80% that it was cancer. But if they got it all, it won't matter.

@jsalvador It was not too bad. They removed a tumor from my kidney. We will know in a few days if it was cancer. Hopefully they got it all!

@jsalvador I had surgery today but I am home now.

Tooting from my hospital bed, recovery room. Surgery seems to have gone well. Hope to be home soon. 👍

Every morning when I check my notifications I ask myself, "Which is it today, an Oak Dropping or a Castanugget?" 😂 On balance the videos are liked by most people, it's just these vocal minorities that insist on expressing their annoyance day after day.

I have 2 groups of videos on my YouTube channel that tend to annoy a small subset of people. Fans of that stupid Oak Island show on "History" Channel (I have a series explaining how we know, from history, that there's no treasure there), and cult followers of Carlos Castaneda (I have a video about the disappearance of his followers in 1998). Every morning I wake up to an angry comment on one or the other. I delete most of them, but reading them is a morning ritual.

Sooo tired. Long day, been working hard. Lots of things in the pipeline, though.
