And they have a pattern of going after people who talk about dealing with white supremacy than white supremacy itself.

They know how to deal with it. They just don't.

So Ravenclaw that I was annoyed I took the whole 10 minutes to take the old Pottermore test to confirm my house because I already knew I was Ravenclaw.

@sean Yeah, the showing up part is like 90% of it. Once that's a habit, it become routine.

LOL, I love both of those things so I know that's a hard challenge and I'm a snack FIEND. I made it easy only myself by transitioning to fruit and jerky (drink water!) and then just pared that down and ate more food when it's time to eat. It's a tricky balance to find, but every inch forward is a win.
