@kensanata currently I use Xmonad and in general don't have favorite WM or DM. Because I try to learn Haskell I'll stick with Xmonad and maybe try to build whole DM around it as a learning experience.

@kensanata sounds good. The question is - do I want to install whole Gnome just to test it?

Xmonad is amazing at positioning windows but everything else is pain in the... you get me. Would love to see some real DM with tiling. Something like Xfce. Yes, I know I can combine does two, but that dosen't give me that nice integration that I get when I stick with only xfce tools.

@cathal and there is this idea of changing algorithms to change opinions to fit the views of Google, Facebook and other big corp views. Normies laughs of cyberpunk and they view of future but sadly this is where are we going - dystopian future with corporation democracy and big disproportion between reach and poor

@cathal I thing of this as they generate average people , they buy books, movies and music from recommendations engines they base they work on averaging. It's very dangerous because it leads to average political views and opinions

@rory @btcprox in my area lots of stuff have changed and satellite photos are inaccurate. Sometimes I just need to go and trace routes with GPS on phone

@rory @btcprox on the side note - what do you recommend for tracking route?

@rory @btcprox there is another benefit of discovering your neighborhood. I live in very rural place that is not well charted on OSM and has many hidden "wonders"

@_xhr_ currently I'm not on OpenBSD but FreeBSD. Switching from tab to tab meant that for some time I would saw white page and occasionally it would just hang and segfault
