@natecull @irl @pdcull the best hackerspaces I've seen are not just technical, but also other things. The important thing is to build community imo. If you have community and maintain it then your space will succeed.

The lesson from last week: no matter how much redundancy you build in, if it's all in the same datacenter you've not built in enough. A cooling failure can take everything out at once.
