Fortunately, my server host has superb tech support. While it took a bit of time, the fix included the tech deleting my mis-named files so I could upload a clean set with the proper name. It was today's #WordOfTheDay illustration file. The problem did not show up here using Mastodon because the system automatically renames all graphics.

Boy can you waste an hour (or more) if you accidentally put a leading space into a filename you intend to work through the Internet and a browser! It's a file transfer nightmare (FTP).
