@feld thinking back, ck's patches never just had the scheduler changes, which made them hard to accept. I'm sure there's more to it than that, but as a curator of submissions to a big OSS project, I empathise with wanting very laser-focused pull requests

As for Ingo...to be fair, it is the completely fair scheduler for a reason... not the actually performant scheduler
