    Und im Netz zeigen sich direkt die nächsten Privilegien. Wie oft regen "wir" uns über anstößige, rassistische Inhalte auf? Ich denke das ist tatsächlich nur die oberste Schicht von weit einem schier riesigen Haufen unglaublich widerlicher Dinge und Handlungen. Aber es ist doch schön, wenn #Google und Co. für "uns" sorgen, oder nicht? Nein, eben nicht. Denn all das Abgekippte soll ja auch validiert, ausgewertet und entsprechend moderiert werden. Wir Menschen sind zu vielen Dingen fähig, darunter auch keine schönen Handlungen, beileibe nicht. Und #Google, #Twitter wie auch #Facebook kippen die Verantwortung dann einfach bei Anderen ab, bei entsprechenden Tochtergesellschaften und beauftragten Unternehmen zur sog. "Content-Moderation". Heißt im Umkehrschluss: Unsere Freiheit bezahlen dann wiederum Andere und zwar mit ihrer psychischen Gesundheit. Herzlichen Glückwunsch, Internetgemeinde. Wir dürfen uns dafür auf die Schulter klopfen! #Dokumentation #Würgreflexe

    Die Dokumentation "The Cleaners" fängt schon vielversprechend an. Vorzugsweise damit die Halbwahrheiten und entsprechenden Lippenbekenntnisse direkt offenzulegen: "Am Anfang steht die Entscheidung was man auf der Plattform haben möchte und was eben nicht."

    Deutlicher kann man nicht vor der Kamera lügen. Genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall: Hass und Hetze kommt den zentralisierten Monopolen doch nur passend. Verkaufen sich Skandale und hochstilisierte Emotionen weit besser. Allein deswegen darf das #Fediverse niemals kommerzialisiert werden. Es wäre der letzte Damm, welcher dann brechen würde. Aber genau das wollen Viele nicht verstehen. Es geht doch um die "Community". Pustekuchen, genau darum geht es dann nicht mehr. #Dokumentation #Meinung #Gedanken

    @nipos Hinsichtlich "Blockieren" habe ich da eine etwas andere Einstellung über die Zeit hinweg eingenommen. Technisch versuche ich das mögichst zu vermeiden, aber ich denke auch, dass es eine rein individuelle Entscheidung ist und bleiben sollte. Wie gesagt: Kann ich nachvollziehen und danke euch für die Erklärung der Situation. Ich drücke aber dennoch die Daumen hinsichtlich Klärung! ;-) @dschinjilla @furiousfr0st

    @binnebenan Hey, yes I've used a real photo as a template and recreated most details to fit within the style. First I had also other animals within but I wanted the focus being more on the GNU as symbol and the sunrise within the middle.

    @chotemysl @korallenherz Ja, da gebe ich dir Recht. Aber es ist insofern auch als Verständnispunkt für wirklich jeden Leser / jede Leserin gedacht. Insofern sind die Inhalte ja auch von außen abrufbar und vielleicht gelangt mancher Gedanke über Umwege an das jeweils passende Ohr, also vielleicht einen Zweifler / eine Zweiflerin, das erste Mal auf einer solchen "Veranstaltung" gewesen und nicht vollends überzeugt. Ich möchte für mich gar nicht beanspruchen den sprichwörtlich vollen Überblick / Durchblick zu haben. Und so finde ich es wichtig, dass wir hier über Beiträge und Gedanken wie auch Eindrücke reden und das offen nach außen zeigen. :)

    @homer77 Habe ich mich gestern auch gefragt als ich das Netz durchstöbert habe und wieder einmal auf eine solche Diskusstion gestoßen bin. Ich suche ja nicht verzweifelt danach sondern bewege mich einfach von einer Diskussion zur Anderen und gerade dann kommen derlei Diskussionen und "Unterhaltungen" extrem seltsam. ;-)

    Well for me it seems so that mastodon.social is getting more and more problems. Just having a look onto the numbers of participants: 224.297 individual accounts. And the instance is just opened up for registration! Should I clap about it? Or better having a big sigh? No that's not a verbal attack against the users of this instance. But a decentralized system is getting more dysfunctional with just too big nodes, concentrating useraccounts. #Think-About

    Just an interesting lecture about the last eclat regarding Wil Wheaton here in the #Fediverse. That might be not the only source, but for the time on reading was interesting with information. So for everyone thinking this case is clear and there was just a mob ruling here onto the #Fediverse. Please keep in mind that there are more sides active. And when I read about hate-movements like Gamergate, persons like Alex Jones and websites like "Occidental Dissent" full with antisemitism and racism I think the problem is quite bigger than "We have to watch this dangerous trend!".
