@bea not just stuck, it's been a thing really most of my life. i keep thinking people are going to be bad to me and get low-level angry but it just lingers like fallout

i really do have a lot of displaced anger and resentment that's coming out in the weirdest places ._.

probably explains part of why i can't deal with people beyond a surface level
