Providing some exposure to your concepts is what a #libreplanet talk should do, with the hope that this talk encourages more thought/research/discussion,etc, to those who experienced the talk. -

If you are in one of the states with flooding, two things you should do:
(1) make sure everyone in your dwelling is current on their vaccinations; and
(2) make sure you have a couple of days worth of bottled water, in case your local water processing / filtration plant is overwhelmed by the floodwaters.
Applies (at least) in parts of #MN #ND #SD #NE #MO #IA #KS #IL #TN #AR #MS #LA -

#2mb #mineracer #audiogames Here's a short run, done on the thinkpad, now known as lildebbie, since she's running #debian #GNU #Linux, and is small in size;hahaha.
In #2MB #MineRacer, I made it to position 2 on the time scoreboard, and position 2 on the points scoreboard, my total time was 5 minutes and 44 seconds! I scored 409757 points, jumped 21 pits, ducked 21 stalactites, and collected 185 coins! I ended my adventure at the bottom of a pit! -

I love Galleria Umberto in Boston! Their food is so good and a cash only business makes my wallet happy as well as my stomach.

I've lived my entire life in this area, and have not yet heard of this place; thanks for suggestion; must check out! A cash-only business, how rare! I lunched at Bon Pan on Saturday, and the members' meeting yesterday. -

I was sitting there, banging away on my Thinkpad, "live-tweeting" some of the panels, for the folks visiting vicariously:) -

You mean, it's not practical for home users to set up and use? Looks like it would be, from what I heard and saw yesterday? -

Thanks; I may come back to this later, when prepared to isolate/contain it properly. -

Thanks, or, I could devote a machine to it? -

Learned about World Community Grid at #libreplanet wonder how safe it to run, esp. with my machine(s) left unattended? https://social.mayfirst.org/url/1921262 While my cpu are crunching numbers, what is IBM mining? Too bad I need to worry about these insecurities; it seems like a cool thing to do with one's huge CPU power on the desktop or lap. Hubby's not planning to run it, and is discouraging me from doing it. If it has to run as root, I won't do it. -

Got home from #libreplanet a couple hours ago Thanks to staff and volunteers @fsf for their help getting me through the thing, and, for their hard work, in general, to make the show a success! Hoping to return next year. Am grateful, also, for old connections renewed and the pleasant surprise of some new ones. -

I think so; may have misheard or mistyped, was in a noisy conference room.
