@ayy Well... a DM system that is off the main timeline has been handy for things like that. Just exchanging info so it can be taken elsewhere, for example. I'm not a fan of bringing this onto the fedi timeline itself.

@dtluna Understandable. I've felt like I've been having those too. In a way, I felt like I was much happier... or funnier in the past on here than I am these days. I just feel like I've been lacking something that I used to have. I hope yours get resolved soon as you say... don't be a stranger! :)

@ayy Ah. Then it is scopes that leave me feeling alienated here. I don't like them on the timeline. I don't like this direction with the fediverse.

I wish that I were good at programming. Because there is nothing quite like creating something to your specifications rather than relying on others. Other people will have their own direction that they want to take things and I worry that this isn't compatible for me. It is the reason that I left twitter. I just became more miserable the longer that I remained there... and it worries me that I'm having the same feelings while here.

Hmm. I did hear that it has been changed and I was looking at an older implementation of pleroma so that probably had something to do with it. Good to see it can be used though! It is just easier for me to type in the address bar rather than trying to remember a number.

@ayy What are scopes again? I just wish that gs remained usable... it is very slow and misbehaves.

@fl0wn Yeah, I think I read something along those lines too. Definitely deserves a break after all this work. But it sounds like this is exactly what he does for his breaks/holidays. :') You mean the move won't happen for a while? For a moment there, the minute part caught me out.

@fl0wn Oh cool! Good to hear it has just been formatted differently and it has been changed since. I thought SPC was more recent. :')

@moonman Thanks! I'm not too fussed about the test server. I set it up to keep in contact but if SPC is now more secure then I won't need it. It'll just be my FZP and SPC accounts I need help getting into now. I know this one.
