Mindblown. What you perceive and praise as normal is the pattern you will repeat in your life. Over and over. To get out of that pattern, you have to stop praising it. See the situation for what it is, rather than how normal it is or great it is. No rationalisation of it.

@phildobangnz Yeah. I mean, trousers and shorts are just more comfortable. Especially if you are doing activities that involve running or chores, or due to the weather conditions like if it gets cold. Dresses are better for good weather and events like formal ones. Or even catching a certain guy's eyes... if you know what I mean. ;)
