I don't even know how to decipher this. I'm just reading the public timeline, ensuring our rules are kept which usually don't require me to do anything and helping people with any questions they have.

@rice I don't know... you can't really win. Because as I said, CW triggers me how mastodon does it. I cannot look at it. I cannot click on it. I just feel this rush of emotion from somewhere. I don't know why this happens. A different account for this stuff might be better though, and people read at their own peril. At least they can still contact you on the main. Either way, I'd rather read what you want to put out on here. If it is hard for me, I can stop reading or deal with my emotions myself. It is your timeline... and what you wish to share is what matters the most. I want it to be authentic to you, and the issues that you go through. If I can help when you have issues, even better. But I'd like you to feel that you have a space to share what they are.

@rice I am saddened that you feel the need to cw these topics. I don't want them hidden from view behind a content wall. If anything triggers me, it is that thought. I would not be able to engage with you because you use a cw. I'm just fortunate that GS doesn't recognise it, but I think it screws posts up trying to work around it with pleroma. :/

Crisis averted. Thank you to everyone trying to help me out here. Turns out there was corruption preventing me from reaching the login screen. Got it fixed.

@wizard This was the fix for what happened last time, and now I am back in this time after doing this. Weird how that worked. But no, my drive should be okay. The only problem was the update itself. Before it, everything was working fine. I've had this hardware issue before and things still worked... I'm not sure what it means but it wasn't to do with this. One of the lines does mention processor though.

Also, I think I'm going to see if I can get my laptop to check itself in each partition. I think it was fsck? I already did a bunch of that after it complained.

Anyways... I am now on a live install. I'm not sure what I should be looking for? All I know is that I've had hardware issues lingering from before but that didn't keep me from reaching the login screen. I updated my laptop, and then firefox had some error... and then I couldn't get into libreoffice so I restarted the machine. Which turned out to be the worst thing I could have done because I couldn't log back in... ;-; I don't recall what was installed that fucked everything up. Where should I look for it?

Apparently my cheeks have gotten slimmer now. But I don't think my workouts did it... Too soon for that to take effect, I think.
