@clacke Hmm... I hadn't thought about it like this. So it's a bit like the difference between surviving and thriving? Of course, that does also depend on the standards one has... if your standards are high and based on what you want to be then you can still be stuck in this circle of not being enough. That becomes your base level.

@clacke Haha... probably not. We all have many faces to us, and it is down to us to decide how we want to present ourselves and behave. The choice about who we want to be lies with us. No one else can do this for us.

If you're enough then what do you do from there? How do you continue to grow and improve? To take direction and responsibility and control? And what does it mean about you or those around you?

@ajr Oh... I mean, I never got far into the book series although it sounds better. It's just hard for me because I had it in voice form which is hard for me to process. Never did find the first book written down. :s But it does tend to be better in the books compared to TV translation.

When it came to Game of Thrones, I wouldn't have anything to do with it for years. I thought it was overrated. Then my ex had like 5 seasons of it downloaded and introduced it to me when I was at his. I didn't have much else to do. I got really into it and finished every episode. Turns out it was my scene after all... lol. Too bad the writing has really gone downhill... especially when they no longer had a blue print to copy through the books.
