Hype word “blockchain” has been overgeneralized and, in most cases, shouldn’t imply the same benefits as bitcoin. Marketers, regulators, and scientists should take care in using it or find a new term.

racism at the royal naval college in the 1950s was vicious . as girls from the local grammar school were were invited there to tea on sundays and dances as well as trips up the river to dittisham . our home was a refuge for the cadets from india, pakisthan, afghanisthan and from the tueraq tribe . we girls werer spat at in the street an d called p[rostiytioutes by the locals when in the company of these polite handsome young men from the top of their societies

the decentralized nature of a system can cause a lot of confusing problems that would not come up in a non decentralized environment. this is an issue we need to continually come up with solutions to.

We tend to forget how new capitalism actually is. In most places it's a century or less old. When the Russian revolution happened most Russians were peasant farmers, not proletarians. Similar in China until quite recently.

@nolan The sad reality is that despite the PR spin Google has probably always been evil. It has just become more overt in recent years. There's also a Wikileaks book along those lines. Microsoft definitely always was, and wasn't very appologetic about it. Gates and Ballmer had a much more "in your face" attitude about their unethical behavior.

@David so will this provide a peer in the swarm from a local box if the video is no longer on the central server? The idea is to NOT host all the videos on our server, rather host them on a distributed network of seedboxs. Ie. Decentralization of content, building out voluntary hosting.

Rainbow gatherings happen far away from Babylon – the problem of #failbook

‘…Yet for the last 10 years they have been increasingly/largely organized on Facebook, this is having an affect on the gatherings. Facebook being a #dotcon is strong Babylon energy and this energy is overflowing into the Rainbow Gatherings.

For #rainbow to have most of its organizing and communication in/on #failbook is a clear bringing Babylon into Rainbow disaster. You can see this in the illness/eco disaster’s at European gatherings over the last 5 years. The regional one I was at for 3 weeks in Serbia this summer was such, though worked hard on the ground in circles to heal this…’
